I am a mother, wife, fitness instructor and personal trainer. I have been lifting for over 10 years, and teaching group fitness since age 16. There is no form of fitness that I don’t love, which has given me a deep appreciation for what the body is capable of. I am an advocate for body acceptance and self love and am passionate about helping others live well and reach their fitness goals. I am currently training for my first powerlifting meet.

Meet Dr. Edward C Camacho D.C. Dr. Camacho practices Chiropractic in New Jersey and is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. Not only is he a Chiropractic Physician with extensive knowledge of nutrition and human physiology, he is a top 10 National Collegiate Power Lifter and has multiple state championships.
I’ve been competing in bodybuilding for the past couple of years and I’m ready to take it to the next level. I love living a healthy and active lifestyle. I wish to change the health habits of America one day.
I am a professional BMX racer and student at Marian University. I am a rookie in the A pro class coming into 2017. It is a dream come true to transition from weekend warrior to competing at the highest level in the sport. At school I study biochemistry and I am currently working on my undergraduate degree and research.

I’ve been coaching CrossFit for 5 years. I love to workout everyday possible. I like protein, healthy shit, and Christmas trees. I live a healthy lifestyle so that I can travel and do all the things I want in life. Basically eat and live healthy but not suck all the fun out of life.
